WJM Reacts - WTF

I know of management with 25+ years at INTUIT included in this lay-off. It would have been more respectful, considerate and socially acceptable to have included these committed ambassadors in the "AI transition."  Not sure what they mean by "not meeting expectations" but would love to see details here. Intuit invested in AI (reduces costs), yet claim the lay-offs were NOT related to cost.  So HR picked 1 looser out of 10?  20+ years to figure it out?  Management lacked vision for transition?  BS
